What sort of things can I add to my website?
We encourage our customers to add deals, offers and brand news to your website as much as possible. As a general rule we usually request one new item per week however if you have more to send we can review this for you.
If you’re stuck for ideas just get in touch with your account manager and they will help you come up with new ideas. We will also help you with artwork, content and news items.
How do I update my website with latest offers and deals?
Please use the form below to contact us for any changes you need making on your website. We’ll happily update them and if there’s anything we think is not right we’ll let you know.
We aim to respond to most requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
I have a question about payment
The best person to discuss this with is your account manager, however you can also use the customer support form below if you can’t speak to them. We always aim to keep your pricing as transparent as possible for you.
I'd like to new features to my website - is it possible?
We are always updating our package with new features so if there’s anything you want please let us know. Our tech staff will look into it and we can either quote you for the bespoke work or roll it out on our next updates.
When do email campaigns go out to my customers?
By default your latest offers, deals and news items will be sent to your customers every 2 weeks. We feel this is enough to remind your customers about what’s going on without bombarding them with emails. We can review this for you however if you need to.
